Video surveillance doesn't require a dedicated computer, even if it is to be
broadcast to your local network. The IP Video Router/TLR-DVR Controller is an
Internet-based digital video server capable of connecting up to two channels of
video sources, such as security cameras. As a video web server, it will even
turn a standalone digital video recorder into an IP-enabled, network-ready
recorder. Video sources such as cameras and DVRs are sold separately.
