    This turnkey video-management solution has the flexibility to adapt to your system. It handles input from a wide variety of sources: analog input from NTSC and PAL video, digital input from IP cameras, or input through the USB port. It even accepts information from security devices other than video camerasfor instance, text data from RS-232 devices, data from temperature or moisture sensors, even fire alarms. It also connects to a wide range of peripherals such as parallel printers and external storage devices.

    Network friendly, too.
    Just plug in one RJ-45 connector and this system is ready to work with your 10BASE-T or 100BASE-TX network. You can even manage the system and view video from anywhere in your networkeven across the Internetfrom any Web browser.

    You can adjust video transmission speed to take maximum advantage of your network resources.

    Complete with software.
    The Panasonic PSS300 software you need to manage your video surveillence system is included and ready to go. If you decide to upgrade later or add specialized functions, the Windows速 based system is open and easy to upgrade.

    PTZ support.
    This system supports Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ) controls on both analog and IP cameras. Intelligent Motion Positioning (IMP) enables you to program camera positions for any number of PTZ cameras in any sequence for any length of time.     Record at will.
    You can program the Panasonic HYB Hybrid Analog/IP Server to record on your schedule. Or the snap recording feature enables you to record instantly from any camera at the touch of a buttoneven if recording isn't scheduled.

    Manage stored video.
    You can set the Panasonic HYB Hybrid Analog/IP Server to store video automatically. It has loads of roomup to 750 GB of hard disk space. An integrated CD-RW drive enables you to archive files onto CDs. Or the system can stash files on an external storage device or network server. If a remote storage device goes out, the system automatically stores video locally.

    Plus, you can search your stored video by region of interest, time, date, or type of recordingyou can even search for motion.

    Extensive logs enable you to keep track of stored video.

    Totally alarming.
    The Panasonic HYB Hybrid Analog/IP Server can raise an alarm. You decide what triggers the alarm; the system responds by sounding an audible alarm or sending an e-mail alert. The e-mail can include still images, motion video clips, and even other associated data files such as sensor data.

    Secure.
    Password security protects the system against unauthorized access. The proprietary recording format cannot be altered or modified, making it impossible for anyone to tweak video to hide events.
