The USB cable goes from the camera to the ICam view server (which is
included). Then you plug your RJ45 network cable into the ICam View Server (the
little white box with a LCD as shown in the picture below).
Once it is plugged
into your network you can access the IP address and control the pan and tilt
along with a lot of other settings.
You can plug the camera USB directly to your
PC and bypass the ICamView server, but you will not have pan and tilt (altleast
not that we have been able to figure out).
